Newa online will guarantee you with a full two year warranty even if the manufacturer only offers a one year warranty.

 

How do I return my purchase?

Our return policy guarantees a full refund within 60 days. The return is only acceptable if it’s in its original state, in the original package and does not appear to be damaged. The customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
