Delivery and Returns

The second we receive confirmation of an order, our team will begin preparing the product to ship as soon as possible. Within 24 - 48 hours, the product you purchased will be sent to our logistics department to be packaged and prepare for shipping to you.

We consistently ship out products weekly from Monday to Thursday. However, it is out of our control if there has been a delay in receiving the product due to tax regulations or extra fees.


We understand that sometimes the product isn’t what you’re looking for. In our attempt to provide our customers with the best customer service, we offer a simple 60-day full refund.

As long as the product is returned in its original state and packaging with no damage, we will offer a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
